ENAWA is designed to achieve near-100% detection and response across supported dialogue-based safety scenarios.

No safety system can guarantee detection of every possible situation.

ENAWA works best when risk is expressed through supported audio and conversation patterns. Situations with no audible or recognizable signal may not be detected.

ENAWA does not predict crime.

It is designed to identify observable risk signals within supported interactions and help users respond earlier when something appears unsafe.

During active protection, ENAWA can continuously process supported audio sources so that it can recognize risk as it develops.

That does not mean every conversation is permanently recorded or continuously uploaded to the cloud.

Routine audio is designed to be processed locally first. Cloud verification is activated selectively when a potential safety event requires additional analysis.

When higher-accuracy verification requires it, a limited encrypted segment of recent event audio may be securely processed in the cloud.

ENAWA is designed to minimize both the scope and duration of that data.

ENAWA is not designed as a permanent life-recording service.

Temporary audio and processing data are intended to be automatically discarded according to ENAWA's data-handling rules unless needed for a safety event or explicitly enabled by the user.

Private raw personal audio is not used by default to train general-purpose AI models. Any voluntary research or product-improvement program requires clear disclosure and explicit user choice.
